Abstract
R.E. Cooper's article compares conventional bills of lading with combined transport bills of lading, both in an international and Australia-specific context. This includes how the key characteristics of the bill differ, and how the Hague Rules 1924 apply to both types. The author suggests a future Convention for governing multimodal transport.
