Abstract
This paper consists of two sections: the first is about foreign arbitration agreements, domestic arbitration agreements, stay of proceedings, and conduct of proceedings, while the second is about the arbitral award, control by the Court of the Reference, remission, and setting aside of awards. The former part is authored by Brian J. Camilerri, and the latter by Peter E. King.
