Abstract

This addendum accompanies the four-part review of the 1910 Salvage Convention, and incorporates the following: A) MLAANZ's submission regarding the present state of affairs and the need to update the Convention, which consists of a number of questions and answers; B) a copy of the 1910 Convention; C) a copy of Lloyd's Open Form/Standard Form Agreement; D) a copy of the draft Convention on Salvage; and E) a more refined version of the draft Convention.
