Abstract
Parks' article examines the new Hull Clauses, officially termed 'Institute Time Clauses, Hulls', as introduced by London underwriters on 1 February, 1983. Parks goes into these developments clause by clause and compares them with their predecessors. The second part of the article delves into recent developments in admiralty and marine insurance law, going through a range of recent court decisions, mainly from the US.
