Abstract

In this report to MLAANZ members, Quennell notes that MLAANZ appointed a Standing Commitee on maritime arbitration in 1990, which had made various recommendations to the Executive Committee of the Association. In short, the Association soon planned to establish its own panel of maritime arbitrators. Quennell writes to inform members of the Association's conclusions and policies, and aims to form a foundation for debate at the 1993 MLAANZ Annual Conference.
