Abstract

The authors consider the lengthy and complex saga of The Offi Gloria, from the perspective of lawyers embroiled in the ensuing litigation. In doing so, they raise such topics as maritime liens, the international effect of Chapter XI of the US Bankruptcy Code, the problems of selling a laden vessel, priorities, issues of security, and so forth.
