Abstract

Freeman presents this paper as part of Business Session 8. Freeman examines the differences between the governing international regimes for carriage of cargo by air and carriage of cargo by sea, approaching this topic primarily from an air law perspective in order to highlight the differences in approach between the two disciplines.
