Abstract

As Lakeman states, this paper is primarily directed at freight forwarders or those responsible for stowing containers or preparing goods for overseas transportation, given the lack of understanding from many involved in this business as to the requirements to protect cargo from the hazards of condensation, and the risks of rough weather at sea.
