Abstract
This paper contains the slides for Teagle's presentation on the Decommissioning of Offshore Installations. Teagle provides an overview of recent legal developments in respect of this topic, with particular reference to the UKCS (UK Continental Shelf), and discusses the relevance of the UK regime to the New Zealand situation.
