Abstract
This paper was presented as part of Business Session 2, on the topic of 'Issues in Marine Insurance', which was chaired by Michael Fisher. The second page of the paper contains a short biography of the author.
In this paper, Hill focuses on marketing and commercial trends in marine insurance. Trends in legal practice and judgments are beyond its scope, but the impact of legislative changes on the marine insurance industry are considered.
