Abstract
This paper was presented as part of Business Session 6, on the topic of 'Developments in Transportation Law', which was chaired by Ross McAlpine. The first two pages of the paper contain a short biography of the author.
This paper reports on the responses received from National Associations to a questionnaire which sought information about art 11 of the Salvage Convention, arts 17, 18, 192-199, and 221 of UNCLOS 1982, and arts 3, 4, 5 and 6 of the International Convention on Oil Pollution Preparedness, Response and Co-Operation 1990 (OPRC).
