Abstract

This paper contains the slides for Edwards' presentation about the English Insurance Act 2015. Using the backdrop of a hypothetical situation, Edwards explores longstanding criticisms of the Marine Insurance Act 1906 (UK), and the changes made in the new Insurance Act 2015 (UK).
