Abstract
This paper contains the slides for Saraceni's presentation about risk allocation in offshore oil and gas contracts. In her presentation, Saraceni discusses knock-for-knock clauses in the context of two case examples, the features and construction of these clauses, their commercial purpose, possible restrictions on their operation, and limitation of liability.
