This paper contains the slides for Davies' presentation about the exportation of hard commodities to China. Davies discusses the types of commodities exported to China by Australia, the policy conditions of those exports (such as the Institute Cargo Clauses), the vessels used for those exports, and the applicable law and jurisdiction.
