Abstract

This paper contains the slides for Wilson's presentation on illegal foreign fishing in Australian waters. Wilson discusses Australia's maritime boundaries, and how Australia has responded to Illegal, Unreported and Unregulated (IUU) fishing in its waters and enforced its own laws. Wilson also considers the issue of international cooperation to prevent illegal fishing, and the dynamic legislative environment.
