Abstract
This paper contains the slides for Glover's presentation about recent developments in Australian maritime law. Glover discusses legislative developments of note, these being amendments to the Protection of the Sea (Powers of Intervention) Act 1981 (Cth), and the introduction of the Maritime Crew Visa.
Glover also considers three particular cases, these being:
