Maritime security: current issues with the legal framework

Abstract

This paper contains the slides for Moore's presentation about maritime security. Moore discusses the Commonwealth Government structure for maritime security (both previous and current arrangements), the benefits and limitations of those structures, and some proposed changes, including renaming Border Protection Command the 'Coastguard'.
