This paper contains the slides for Hoskison's presentation about salvage capability in Australia. Hoskison considers Australia's Emergency Response capability from 1984 to the present, potential threats and consequences of reduced response capability, the Productivity Commisson Report from August 2002, recommendations from the Commission, and the future of salvage capability in Australia.
