This paper by the NZ Delegation examines legislative developments to maritime law in New Zealand as compared, principally, with the more muddled state of affairs in Australia. These developments in NZ were ushered in following the establishment of a Law Reform Committee on Admiralty Jurisdiction, of which the presenter of this paper was part.
