This paper contains the slides for Kah Wah's presentation on recent maritime cases in Singapore. Kah Wah considers the cases of the STX Mumbai, the Sea Urchin, the Chem Orchid, and the Reecon Wolf, before discussing International Arbitration in Singapore, the Singapore International Commercial Court, Singapore Law Practice by foreign firms, and lastly providing some concluding remarks.
