Recent Developments in Marine Insurance Law

Parks' lengthy article begins by discussing the abandonment of the traditional Lloyd's Ship and Goods (SG) marine insurance form in favour of a simpler form, and the new form's contents. The article as a whole attempts to summarise and predict how the new cargo provisions in the form will be interpreted and applied in Commonwealth countries. Illustrative case examples are referred to throughout.
