Tan speaks on the topic of Co-ordination of Cargo Interests (Business Session 4) with a focus on Singapore and the arrest of the Antwerpen in connection with the collapse of the ABC Container Line. Tan looks at various issues which arose from the arrest of the vessel, and includes a chronology of the sequence of events relating to the cargo discharging operations in Singapore, along with a summary of the Belgium liquidators' application to set aside the arrest of the Antwerpen.
