This paper contains the slides for Parolo's presentation about the current reorganisation of Western Australian ports and port authorities. Parolo discusses the impetus for change (economic reasons, the National Ports Strategy 2011, and the Ports Governance Review 2012), the Tranche 1 Amalgamations, the Tranche 2 Amalgamations (each of these being phases of legislative reform under the WA Port Governance Review), enhanced performance, and port divestments.
