Résumé

This paper contains the slides for Goldsworthy's presentation on ship exhaust emissions. Goldsworthy discusses current issues around ship emissions, including the use of high sulphur fuel, the effect of ship emissions on terrestrial air quality, and especially MARPOL Annex VI on air pollution, along with its various deadlines for compliance. Goldsworthy also highlights emissions reduction strategies for ships and statistics about oxides of nitrogen, oxides of sulphur, and particulate matter emissions.
