This paper contains the slides for Lutze's presentation about the response to the 'Global Peace' oil pollution situation. Lutze provides an overview of the incident and initial response, as well as the subsequent days of handling the incident. Lutze concludes with the final figures from the incident response efforts (including cost of the clean-up, personnel involved, and quantity of material recovered), and weighs up the strengths and weaknesses of the response effort.
