Résumé
In this paper, Roylance reflects on the major working session of the CMI Paris Conference, which considered the question of Uniformity of the Law of the Carriage of Goods by Sea in the 1990s. Roylance refers to the major points which emerged from the discussions about some areas of the Hague-Visby Rules, such as limits of liability and deviation.
